Definition of Terms

The following document is a legal and binding contractual agreement between Pressmania hereinafter referred to as “Pressmania”, and you the buyer, hereinafter known as “The Buyer” or “Buyer” or you the seller hereinafter known as “The Seller” or “Seller” as it pertains to the service which Pressmania.com (“The Website”) provides called the Direct Pay System hereinafter referred to as “The Service”

By using the service in any way, buyer and seller agree to comply fully with these terms & conditions as well as the terms & conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions agreement for Pressmania.

Should any part of this or the Pressmania Overall Terms and Conditions agreement be deemed unenforceable by Canadian Federal, Provincial, or Municipal law, the rest of the agreement shall remain enforceable.

Pressmania.com reserves the right to alter this document at its discretion and shortly thereafter make available to the public the changes made on the website at this address:

Further, the buyer and seller also agree to abide by any additional guidelines, terms, policies, and conditions set forth by using any of the website’s additional services as applicable. If any part or section of this document is objectionable to the buyer or seller in any way, the buyer or seller is unauthorized to use our service in any form or capacity.

General Conditions

1. The Website assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the following:
   1. Improper use, unavailability of, and/or the misinterpretation of the service.
   2. Fraudulent transactions
   3. Incomplete transactions
   4. Errors during the payment process
   5. Misrepresentation by the seller
2. Disputes regarding transactions must be settled solely by the parties involved in the transaction. Pressmania.com does not provide mediation in the event of a dispute.
3. All additional terms and conditions pertaining to a sale as outlined by the vendor are those of the vendor only and are in no way associated with these terms and conditions.
4. Pressmania does not warrant the service and reserves the right at its discretion to terminate or suspend the program without prior notice.
5. Pressmania reserves the right to deny access to the service as it deems necessary to protect the integrity, security, and/or quality of the service. 
    

Buyer Specific Conditions

6. Pressmania will provide means to contact the seller immediately following a transaction for communication purposes.

Vendor Specific Conditions

7. The seller agrees not to use the service to make available any of the types of items as outlined in Section 3 of the Pressmania Terms and Conditions. Pressmania will provide all information on record to authorities if requested or required by law to do so.
